I will work with you one-on-one at the gym, your home, or outside at a park or school. I’ll keep you motivated to get the results YOU want!

Small Group Training:

Small Group Training is a fun, energetic workout with one to seven other individuals, designed to give you the attention and results you are looking for, at a third of the price of a traditional personal training session.

  • Attend up to six Small Group training sessions per week
  • Body Composition Assessment
  • Postural and Movement Assessment
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Non-Stop Support

 


Travel and Home Programs:

Who says you have to go to the gym to get a workout? Let’s go outside! Whether you’re on a business trip and in your hotel room, or you’re a highly motivated individual that wants to apply the program on your own, you can still experience the benefits. I will work with you to design a custom program to keep you on track until you get back to your regularly scheduled workouts.
