I have been working out with Joe for the past four months. To start, I chose to do individual personal training with him, and now I have moved onto his group class.
I have enjoyed seeing the results that I have been getting through the hard work and training with Joe.
What impresses me the most about Joe is he asks you how you feel during the work out, then he’ll check with you the next day to see how you feel after your workout. He also takes in consideration if you have anything bothering you like a bad knee or hips etc. and plans your workouts around your physical needs.
He makes workouts fun, too!
